Ouch!

Jeezus, my baby is using those three new teeth to bite me while nursing. And it huuuurts. I tried immediately pulling him off and saying no but he thought that was even funnier. If he keeps this shiz up I may have to wean little Hannibal Lecter. Anyone have tips to prevent this?

I don't see any teeth in my baby but his gums are rock hard and today he bit me. I said no kinda loud which freaked him out and he started crying .. Gonna try the smoothing next time

I find that DS only bites if he is frustrated and fussy-- like when he is trying to fall asleep or so tired he can't function.  I always offer the breast when he is fussy, but if he is biting, we switch to his pacifier because it's clear he doesn't want to eat and just wants to suck.  

Good luck!  DS's teeth cut through his gums about a week ago and now are almost all the way in.  It hurts like heck.
