My cousin just asked if i wanted to attend a new church with her. I responded i didn't think you believed in God? 

No response.  I wasn't being snarky i just thought it was odd that she even asked.

That would seem odd.  Maybe she's questioning her beliefs and wants to further explore the options out there?  Are you going with her?

I don't know she didn't tell me what church. I told her she was always welcome at our church.

I am sure lots of people's beliefs fluctuate throughout their lives.

But yeah, if she's expressed to you in the past that she doesn't believe in god, you would think there might be a tiny bit more of explanation from her.

She has told me and the rest of our family several times that she doesn't believe. She once told me she thought that we were bible thumpers and that we were silly for sending our son to a catholic daycare. 

^^ I know she was upset then and has since apologized FTR.

This is where i think she is headed. I told her she should try a non denominational church.
