Rheumatoid Arthritis

My RA has been in remission for over a year and almost all cases of RA go into remission when pregnant. Since becoming pregnant a few weeks ago my arthritis symptoms have been coming back. Anyone have experience with this?

TTC since Jan 2013
May 2013 - HSG, all clear
Aug 2013 - Hubs varicocele procedure, both sides 

Dec 2013 IVF #1: 24 retrieved, 20 fertilized, 7 made it to D5; OHSS
1.27.14: FET; 2 D5
Betas: 2.6.14 - 689; 2.8.14 - 2400; 2.15.14 - 37,7000
Ultrasound: 2.15.14 - Twins!

    I don't have RA, but I have had psoriatic arthritis for about 15 years.  I remember my GP telling me that PA and RA go into remission when you're pregnant, but that hasn't really been the case for me.  It probably doesn't help that I am carrying around a lot of extra weight now.  Luckily my PA has been not too bad in the past few years, though.

    I hope you are able to get some relief!

    I've heard that with AI diseases (I have MS) that despite the popular belief that they go into remission during pregnancy 1/3 get worse, 1/3 get better and 1/3 don't change.
    Me - 35. DH - 40. TTC #1 since 9/2010.
