Calling all Burt's bees baby...need your suggestion.

i just bought Burt's Bees Aloe and buttermilk lotion for my 6 week old's dry flaky skin (legs are dry and patchy with this colorado weather).

Used the above for her legs. 

Please let me know if this is baby safe as it does not mention as a baby line.

Also using original lotion for her face which is dry and flaky but just realized it gives her small red bumps. is this allergy / rash?

Of the BB products I use, I only use the baby ones. 

I would stop using it on her face and try something else. Or try coconut oil.
