Mountain Buggy Duet-Opinions please

My sisters is having twins and is wondering what you all thought of the mountain buggy?? She is looking for something versatile, she can use to walk on pebble road and good for going to doctor and what not.

For those of you who have one or know someone who does I would love your opinions please.

We have one but our girls haven't used it yet (2 weeks old). I was excited about it and the positive reviews when I researched it. It does require purchasing separate adapters to make it work with car seats.
