Trouble TTC

The Wondfos Made Me Do It! (vent)

This 2WW is kicking my ass and I blame the Wondfos!   If they weren't so darn cheap I would have refrained from POAS!!

It's my first medicated cycle which boosted my outlook, until this morning.  I'd been testing my trigger and the line was getting fainter but was still very obvious on Friday(10dpt11dpo).  On Saturday and Sunday the line got darker.  I told myself to cool my jets and not get too excited.  Yeah right.  Yesterday afternoon I started feeling some cramping (sometimes I get cramps a few days before AF, but this would be days earlier than I've ever experienced them) and then this morning the line was fainter again; looked exactly the same as last Friday actually.  So now I'm trying to remain hopeful but it's not looking good.  I'm just so frustrated with myself for POAS so many damn times!!  At least I think I really learned my lesson - I will just leave things alone from now on.  No more testing until AF is officially late!  Thanks for letting me vent!

  • Those Wondfo sticks can be terrible with evaps so watch out for that :( I have 5 88 cent Walmart tests lol... I'm going to start peeing on those at 11 DPO since that's usually when my trigger is gone.  Being able to test so early is both a blessing and a curse, huh?
  • Those wondofo's are evil little buggers, why must they be so cheap??

    **hugs**

  • I'm so sorry! I can completely imagine the feeling - slightly darker lines, earlier (implantation?) cramps, and then a lightening line...it's like a gourmet recipe for ultimate 2WW crazymaking.

If you're trying to ignore that extra hope until you get a definitive beta result...maybe think about how the urine could have been more or less concentrated?? Good luck, I hope you do get that BFP this month!

There is a foolproof way to survive this month's 2WW, but unfortunately I don't think it's very replicable...I am helping to chaperone a student exchange trip to Spain for the 2nd half of the 2WW and forgot to pack the pile of Wondfos, which is actually a blessing in disguise!

I don't speak Spanish and the last thing I want to ask my host mother for is help finding a cheap pregnancy test (!). So this month I will have to be actually late (not the kind of "late" as in, my temps sort of meandered up a couple days before FF gave me crosshairs, so I could be at the day of my expected period based on my shortest ever LP...).

I have racked my brain and come up with exactly two benefits to the Wondfo daily testing: one, whatever month I do get pregnant, I will know as early as humanly possible and get that extra day or two of falling in love with a future child; and two, I am getting more bang for the buck with that $79 Amazon Prime membership.

Hopefully that put a smile into your 2WW. :)

I do the same thing except mine are always stark white.  Not even a hint of a line.  I was 12dpo and thought why not.  Stark white and then lots of crying, everything felt different etc.  I need a POAS intervention.  Wondfos make it way too easy to test early.

I hope your line gets darker.
Me too except I'm 13dpo (unless I misread my chart). I actually had a good feeling. I was so sure I O'd this cycle. BUT now I'm getting cramps this morning so I think I'm getting AF. On the bright side, I think this is the first time I've ovulated in months. It's my first supplemented cycle (see siggy).

Well my POAS was last Friday.  AF reared her ugly head right on time but without the spotting to announce her arrival.
Even though AF is on her way, it good to ovulate :)
Yeah that's the positive part. At least if I'm getting AF, that means my body is doing something right for once. LOL
