So after the Vit D discussion last week, I am about to order some from Amazon. Seeing as we live in MI, we all need them. So I was thinking of buying the Carlson 1000iu per drop. Planning on putting them in the drinks at dinner. In the summer my DH will not need them as he is outside all day, but I only want to buy the one bottle for the family. Seems silly to buy a kids dropper and one for the adults. Do you think it is too much to give one drop to DD? I really don't see her getting much Vit D at all except for her 4 oz of milk every morning.
