VBAC chances 15 months after previous c-section

Hi, I am scheduled for a c-section with my second in 7 weeks but am now wondering about my chances for a successful VBAC. My DS will be 15 months old on my due date and I'm concerned about my uterus rupturing. Anyone have a successful VBAC that soon after a previous c-section? Also, what is everyone's experience with recoveries after their second c-section or VBAC?

I had my first VBAC about 19 months after my c-section, and I didn't have any problems. All of my recoveries have been pretty straightforward; generally by the time I've been home a few days, I'm largely back to normal (if a little tender). If you're interested in a VBAC, you should definitely talk to your doctor and find out if you're considered a good candidate (or if your doctor even does VBACs). Good luck!

No personal experience but a friend of mine had a VBA2C 12-15 months after her second kid.  She was fine.
