Ok, so here's where I'm at. First time temping. CD 14 dipped to 97.25 CD 15 spiked to 97.90 I thought ovulation was on like donkey kong but then this morning CD 16 dropped to 97.52 which was basically my temp before the dip. I read that sometimes a "fallback" can happen in temp during ovulation when your temp can drop (as the egg is released)and then rise again. Anyone experience this? Thanks ladies!
Re: "Fallback" rise? Another noobie temping question
Anyway yeah, one or two temps means nothing. Idk about kindara, but fertility friend has many many facts and tutorials explaining what your temps mean rather than just entering them and having you pick apart each one, as you're doing now.
ETA I should rephrase the temps don't mean "nothing" but you can't tell anything from just the two temps without the rest of the picture involved
I'd be patient and see what your temps tell you, and keep HIO just incase.
I like it better than FF in this aspect because FF seems to follow a specific algorithm to pinpoint O, which is usually correct but not always. Sometimes I disagree with FF (like this cycle) and I like that I can choose which O day I believe to be correct. I'm trying out Kindara this month so I'll see which I prefer.
