I've had 4 BH contractions in the last 45 minutes so I'm gonna chug some water and see if they stop... If not I'll be calling my doctor. But I'm pretty sure its just cuz I haven't drabk enough today.
@emilyh107 glad everything turned out to be okay. Now that the weather is warming up (at least here we are now in spring) we may need to increase our water intake. I haven't really had much cramping, but when I have it has always gone away after I drink more water.
These BH are kicking my butt. I don't think I can drink anymore water without vomiting. I've had 6 24oz cups of water today. Drinking slow but trying to get more in.
Good reminder! I keep a bottle of water next to my bed so I drink right when I wake up. Other than that I just try to keep a bottle with me at all times. Ps I think there is a Kendrick Lamar song very similar to your post hahaha
So funny BC I was thinking of a Beyoncé song like this LOL!!
My PTL nurses always say when you're cramping to go pee, drink two full glasses of water, and lay on your left side. If they're dehydration cramps that should do the trick.
Seriously though we're approaching the hotter months here people. Swelling is going to increase as well as the amount of fluid we sweat out. Drink yo damn water.
Re: Reminder: HYDRATE
I really appreciate this thread because on a day like today it's easy for me to forget to drink. I've been up and and it all day long.
