SPD check-in?

I know a bunch of ladies have mentioned having SPD pain during pregnancy.  Anyone interested in doing an occasional check-in?  Maybe we can swap ideas for managing it.  Mine has been coming and going, but when it comes it's REALLY painful.

I would love some tips. I have it in full force already and it is so painful. Any tips on relief would be amazing.
