What kind of tea do you drink? My ob said to avoid herbal stuff and I'm trying to avoid caffeine. She also told me to avoid Tylenol unless I have a fever, so I'm having a hard time with the headaches that are accompanying this yuckiness:(.
Halls are safe for sore throat. Neti pot for sinus ickies. Lots of water for the headaches. And rest, rest, rest! Don't sniffle, blow as much as you can.

She said that there were some newer studies, though not the greatest, that suggested a link between Tylenol usage and ADD, so to avoid it if possible but of course to take it if I have a fever....

Try pregnancy teas, I also worked with steam and drink lots of water.

Lots of liquids, (OJ,hot lemon tea with honey in it, plain soups) neti pot, humidifer, rest
I can't take Tylenol (allergic) but if your head starts to really ache and you've had enough Tylenol for the day, my doctor recommended taking a Gravol before going to bed; it can help you get through the night...
I had the most trouble at night, what helped me was taking a benadryl then using a neti pot, breathe right strips, and a vaporizer directed right at my head. Plus lots of hot fluids during the day- soup, hot water with lemon, decaf black tea and peppermint tea. There are certain herbs/teas that you're supposed to avoid, you can find them pretty easily online, but peppermint, ginger, and chamomile seem to be safe according to most of what I've read.

I've been just having lemon and honey in hot water....suits me, as my favorites hibiscus and rosehips seem to be out. I don't know, I'm sure somethings are barely risks, but I'm just erring on the side of caution these days!
Be very careful with neti pots- they can carry bacteria if you aren't careful. Try using a hot washcloth and placing it over your eyes/forehead/under eyes for some sinus relief. Colds are such a pain
