DX: Unexplained/??? MFI issues

Our lil' lost sparks:
5w3d loss 7/30/10 - EDD March 2011
8w loss 4/15/11 - EDD November 2011
8w3d loss 8/2/12 - EDD March 2013
4w c/p loss 10/29/12 - EDD July 2013

Long story: trying on our own + testing testing testing with 6 rounds of Clomid, more testing, injectables + TI, laparoscopy - one tube blocked, 2 IUIs with Follistim...BFNs.
RPL testing all normal, Karyotyping normal

Moving on to IVF.

IVF #1 April 2012 = BFN, IVF #2 June 2012 = BFP. U/S 7/23 = saw heartbeat but measuring behind. Follow up U/S on 7/30 - no heartbeat. D&C 8/2. Trisomy 12. IVF #3 Oct 2012 = Chemical Pregnancy

Phone consult with CCRM on 12/12/12 - ODWU 1/4/13 - both tubes clear(!) - AFC 24, AMH 3.2, FSH 9.6, LH 5.4, E2 25. DH has high frag rate but improved!
IVF #4 March 2013 CCRM. EP protocol w/ Menopur, Gonal-F & Dexamethasone. ER 3/29 & IMSI, PICSI. 43R 13M 10F 6blasts bio'd. CCS testing reveals 3 normals!!!
FET 5/31/13 of 1 4AA blast - thawed and expanded. 4dp5dt BFP.
Beta 9dp5dt = 181, 11dp5dt = 427. 1st u/s showed a healthy heartbeat! EDD 2/16/14

After 4 years of hoping and heartbreak, our sweet little bean was born on 2/19/14
We are so in love with her.

    A whole lotta nothing and drinking.... after the hell week I had last week with my RE and hcg levels, I'm in need of some drunken stupor with the hubby. Oh , and we're going to lunch with his 90 year old grandpa tomorrow...hope the hangover is gone, LOL

    • Severe Pre-e /HELLP set in Jack born sleeping at 20w1d on 12/23/13
    • FET #2 --July 2014  BFP!  ---  EDD  4/5/15

    Awe, I love Mr. Rogers! I wish life was as easy now as it was back when I was watching that little trolly :)

    @kflynn81: I'm sorry you are having such a hard time right now. Enjoy your drunken stupor and even if you are hung over in the morning, I'm sure it will have been worth it!!

    @BzeetyD: How is that darling lady doing?? I'm sure time is just flying by as you are enjoying her!

    ASM, I haven't been posting much because I've been so flipping busy at work. I'm on Spring Break as of today and will be traveling back and forth to my RE's office 1 1/2 hours away everyday because we've been cleared to start stims tomorrow! Last Friday for my original baseline, I had a 4cm cyst. Luckily, but painfully, it ruptured and was less than 1cm today. My E2 was only 35, so we are good to go. That whole situation had me pretty stressed this past week, too. I needed to use my Spring Break to absorb some of my days off. Otherwise, we were going to move the cycle to the Summer. Thank goodness that isn't necessary!

    Beta #3 (21dp5d5): 8,172. Wow. It seems this is actually working. Shocked beyond belief.

    1st u/s @6w5d: Baby A hb 124, Baby B hb 127 (Both measuring perfectly!)

    Lost baby A. Praying that baby B stays healthy. Baby B hb 175 at 11 weeks

    It's a GIRL!!!

    Kflynn hope the drunken stupor helped! Enjoy lunch with Grandpa. I'm jealous you live close enough to do lunch with him. My grandpa is going to be 91 and I hate I'm so far away sometimes. I'm planning a summer trip to see him...me, hubs, and the 3 dogs will invade his house for the week and we are both looking forward to it! (My papa loves our dogs. Always asks about them esp. my oldest dog which is his favorite).

    Beachy, good luck with stims and your cycle. I started my stims today too!

    I started stims today for my first banking cycle. I really hope this goes well. I'm so scared as this is our last shot. On a good note we are going to my favorite fondue restaurant tonight! Yum!

    I love mr Rogers. There is a theme park with mr Rogers neighborhood attraction near me and they are getting rid of it! Devistating news!

    @beachy cysts suck and glad it broke (I had one rupture last month and it was horrible) and yay for starting stims!!!!!

    @kflynn drink up girl. You deserve it!

    @bzeetyd... How is that precious little angel of yours? I'm sure you are still over the moon!

    AFM....still chugging along on bcps and nauseous as all heck. Going to Erie this weekend for my nephews third birthday. I love my nephews so much and it's bittersweet because I always leave there knowing what I'm missing out on. I'm sure you all know what I mean.
    TTC 2 years- Me and DH (28) with (severely) low sperm count- less than 40 total (last 2 SA showed only 5 and 6 sperm each)
    IVF #1: ER 1/23/13- 4 eggs retrieved, 3 eggs fertilized; ET with 1 embryo 1/28/13 2 frosties beta #1 2/5 was 4.8- beta #2 2/7 3.5; BFN
    FET #1- transferred one beautiful 4AA embie. Praying this is my take home baby. Beta 5/7/13- BFFN!!!
    IVF #2: ER 7/17/13: 6R/3F- transferred 1 blast and 1 10 cell embryo 5dt.   Beta hell.  #1 2.5, #2 2.2- BFFFN! REALLY?
    IVF #3: ER 12/1 and only 2 retrieved.  1 fertilized with ICSI.  Was planning on transferring one fresh and one frozen....fresh was only 14 cells at day 5...CANCELLED and devastated due to 5cm blood filled cyst in ovary and blood in uterus.
    IVF #4: Antagonist protocol with endometrial scratch day one of stims.  ER 4/21: 6R/4M/3F- transferred 2 beautiful blasts (5dt) and one was hatching!  No frosties but hoping we won't need it!  Beta 5/4/14- 444(8dp5dt), Beta #2 10dp5dt 1002!  THIS HAS GOT TO BE IT!!!!!!!!!!  First US 5/15 we saw two of the most beautiful gestational and yolk sacs I have ever seen!  
    ****FINALLY PREGNANT WITH DI/DI TWINS!!!!!!!  

    BRINLEY AND RILEY LONG.  Born November 20, 2014 at 32 wks 3 days.  4lbs7oz and 4lbs5oz.  1 month NICU time for "B's" and growing and feeding.  Now healthy, thriving, beautiful little girls!

    Crazy weekend here started in ef with grandma she's fine now. Yesterday coffee with ppl and then board games. Today yoga and work. Then we are having friends over who are usually two hours late.
