Where are you in your TTCAL journey? CD 14, cycle 3 (since coming off BCP)

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? Nope. Will make one for my annual if we don't get KU this cycle, and ask about fertility, since we've been trying almost a year

QOTW: Were both you and your SO on the same page as to when you wanted to TTCAL? How did you decide together that it was time?  Yep, we both wanted to try right away. We wanted our rainbow desperately.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

I am currently cycling for IVF, and started taking bc this week, along with prenatals, vit d and metformin (yuck).  

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? 

In about 3 more weeks I should be in for a baseline and then injectables. 

QOTW: Were both you and your SO on the same page as to when you wanted to TTCAL? 

For the most part, yes. DH told me he wanted us to wait an additional month, and we did.

How did you decide together that it was time? 

We talked a million times about it.

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week?

I had a saline u/s this morning, and unfortunately it showed my endometrium as being super thick, with proliferations. I'll find out in a few days if it is 'hyperplastic' or not. I feel like I can't catch a break, and IF makes it worse. Grr.

QOTW: Were both you and your SO on the same page as to when you wanted to TTCAL? How did you decide together that it was time?   Well.... see below for explanation but.... we agreed to do a frozen transfer after Jack's EDD but given this potential possibility, we're going to see what happens now

Open Topic. What is on your mind this week? Was I pregnant again or did / do  I have retained tissue... was supposed to have a hysteroscopy LAST Friday, urine tested positive pregnancy and beta was 7....hysteroscopy cancelled....beta Monday was 19 and since then everyone claims its a spontaneous pregnancy....beta Wednesday was 16....everyone at RE's office is still insisting this is a pregnancy but not viable. I'm so confused. The more I think about it , the more things that have been going on recently make sense but really??? How... and if this was a pregnancy than my RE ruined it for me. I had a SHG plus took miso at his direction all before being given a pregnancy test. Ugh. I give up , I don't know.

Where are you in your TTCAL journey?

Still waiting for AF for the first time after birth, but it's been 10 weeks, and almost five since I stopped pumping, so I imagine it's coming soon unless somehow I got pregnant this cycle.  I will start charting and taking OPKs next cycle.

Do you have any relevant appointments upcoming? 

No.  If I don't get pregnant after 3 cycles I will go back to my doctor and she will put me on Clomid.

QOTW: Were both you and your SO on the same page as to when you wanted to TTCAL? 

Yes, we both want to try again right away.  We were planning on having babies close together anyway, so this isn't really a change in plans by very much.

How did you decide together that it was time? 

We talked about it, and my husband suggested going for it right away, and I was pretty much on board.  The only thing holding me back is/was that I want to have a happy, excited pregnancy like the last time, and I am/was afraid that with all of my sadness that won't happen yet.  I don't feel guilty, because Q will always be our first son, but it still is hard to think about him not getting to be here for a new sibling.

Getting/being pregnant again (i had a great pregnancy last time, and hope for the same again!) and being back at work.  Q passed away almost five weeks ago, and I went in for a few hours this Thursday.  It was difficult, but there were not a lot of people there, and those that were are some of my best friends.  Fortunately my work is very understanding and supportive, so I have a lot of room as far as coming back.

That is so tough, I'm sorry that you now have to deal with that.

@shandorfml2, thanks. It's a tough road. I just hope it is something that once AF comes along again, will take care of itself.

Hi ladies..sorry I am late to the game again.  I didn't work on Friday so I am just now getting around to the check in!

Any relevant appts. upcoming? waiting on some progesterone results but that is it.

QOTW: We are...with our first he was more gung-ho about it...we weren't trying when we got KU with Bunny but we were preparing to get ready to try.  He was ready to try immediately and i needed a few months...but then we got pregnant anyway.  Now we are both gung-ho though he has an easier time of just letting it happen whereas I am all anxious and impatient with it.  We just waited the three cycles we were advised to wait after our most recent loss and decided to go ahead.

Open topic:I'm nervous about my progesterone results...they were low last time but now I am on upped femara as well as progesterone supps so it should be higher.  I"m just really hoping that this is our cycle and that we don't have to keep going through all of these hoops.
