Postpartum Cravings?

Anyone have any? I didn't have any cravings while I was pregnant but since delivery I can't seem to get enough apple juice. I'm an apple juice fiend.

  • Oh my gosh, me too! It all started in the hospital after S was born (I swear hospitals have the best apple juice!) I'm also hooked on Raisin Bran

  • I was fine throughout pregnancy too but since then i have been binging on chocolates!! Not good..

    I want apple juice now! It was fruit punch and chocolate cookies. I had that all the time for the first two months.
  • I agree with gwinny, all the foods!! My appetite is literally ridiculous with nursing, I feel like I seriously can never get enough food. I'm def more hungry than I ever was while pregnant!
  • I'm just really really hungry. I crave meals more than snacks or sweets. Carnitas, steak, eggs and sweet potatoes are my main cravings
  • Breakfast sandwiches! I hated any form of eggs before getting pregnant. Then I started craving breakfast sandwiches with egg. Still want them!

  • Anything and everything that is bad for me. While I was pregnant all I wanted was vegetables/salad. After I delivered my appetite has been out of control due to the nursing. I try to eat healthy but all I want is ice cream, potato chips, donuts etc. I've had to stop buying anything other than popcorn at the grocery store because my self control has become non existent.

  • Potatoes!!! And I am not a potato person. ALL THE POTATOES! Hashbrowns, fries, red potatoes, chips, mashed potatoes... ALL THE POTATOES!!

  • I may have eaten a bag of the Cadbury mini eggs yesterday. My teeth hurt from the crunchy shell. Totally worth it.
  • Chips chips and more chips... So bad.
  • My #1 post partum craving is graham crackers. I ate them non stop in the hospital and I still can't get enough! My appetite is ravenous! I am always starving during MOTN feedings. And sometimes I wake up just because I'm hungry. Like right now. LO is sound asleep and here I am eating graham crackers and bumping.

  • I had pregnancy cravings bad, combined with a constant upset stomach that only kept down empty calories. THANK GOD that is gone! I still love all the desserts, (and still have problems bingeing on them) but its nothing like it was when I was pregnant.

    YES! I dip my graham crackers in milk though. Which probably wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't 2%.

    When I was preg I craved them with strawberry frosting. Healthiest thing ever!
