Out toeing

One of my twin daughters is not walking yet and we have recently noticed that she points her left foot at a 10 o' clock position when she walks with our assistance.  We don't see the doctor until April 2 for their 15 month checkup, but we are starting to become concerned about this.  Does anyone have any experience with this? From what Dr. Google says, this can occur when there is cramping in the uterus, which obviously occurs when there are twins in there.
