Doula Questions

I have a couple of appointments scheduled to "interview" doulas for my September birth (15 weeks now).  I am very excited to hear what they have to say.  I am meeting the first one tonight.  Does anyone have any insight into things I should ask or anything that is important?  I have the basic questions as far as training, how many births attended, etc.  Thanks in advance!

It was very reassuring for me that my doula is so passionate and excited about she does. and now each time I see her she is just as excited about approaching birth as we are. She even talks to my belly, like full on convos. She has children herself and has really had the childbirth "sampler" basically one of everything, ie c-section, natural, induction. So for me I was looking more for flags in her attitude towards what Im looking for, and her overall personality. I also studied up on what I wanted and asked alot of specific questions like if she had run into certain things

For me, it was just personalities and philosophies meshing well, along with experience.

For me I wanted to know how she would handle me if I "thought" I could no longer do it. I wanted someone who would be strong and supportive especially when I was feeling weak. I liked that my doula gave me a straightforward, no nonsense answer. In labor I did want to quit. My doula was strong and positive which got me through that last hour.
My H and I also based it on personallity and who we felt we meshed with. This woman was going to see us at an emotional, vulnerable time so we wanted someone we felt comfortable with.
