Spilling when taking a bottle

Hello, My one month old is spilling a lot when taking a bottle, I'm using avent closer to nature. I tried the slow flow nipple and it seemed worse than the newborn nipple I am currently using, He gets pumped breast milk, but when supplemented with formula he seems to spill even more. Any suggestions? Thank you!

    My LO does this too no matter what bottle or what flow nipple. It's not every feeding though, it's pretty random. She completely soaks through bibs!

    Sing2phins spilling.. Like sucking and a ton is dribbling out of the side of his mouth, @ misy0483 yes! That's my exact problem.
