Ok, I have one. I really dislike when people add the "by choice" line to their statement like it somehow distinguishes them from/makes them better than those who didn't do said thing by choice.
For example, "I'm a single parent by choice" Does it really matter if it was by choice?? Also, there are many applications of this phrase, this was just the best example I had at the moment.
What an ironic choice of example given a recent poll response.
I have to say, whenever I see a car pulled over or blocking a lane on the interstate, my thoughts are: 1) I hope no one got hurt, and 2) I hate the rubberneckers who HAVE to slow down and stare and make traffic that much worse. It never occurred to me to get pissed at the unfortunate people whose cars stalled out or who were in accidents.

This. I'm more pissed at the people who feel the need to stop and stare than the ones broken down.
My faves are the ppl who feel the need to slam on their brakes so they can get a better look.

Ugh. These assholes ruin my commute on a daily basis.
My brand new Honda breaking down in the middle of 5 o'clock traffic because of a faulty timing chain is totally my fault & I'm such a piece of shit. I should defiantly be given expensive tickets for making your commute take a few minutes longer. Stfu!!
In other unpopular opinions, I really hate seeing babies at the grocery store or in public with only a diaper on. I automatically think the baby has lazy parents. I don't buy into the "it's hot" bs a lot of parents in this area give. It is hot here, this is New Mexico, if it's 100 outside we consider it "cool" but how uncomfortable for a little baby to be hot & sweaty & stuck to a car seat. Stop being lazy & put a onesie on your kid!
Maybe I'm hormonal and sensitive and over thinking some of the responses, but I don't want it to come across that someone who was down on their luck one day or that someone's car hood flew up or was struck by debris on the road are the same thing - I'm not that big of an asshole. My point I was trying to make was general in the fact that I think if you are consistently negligent to your responsibilities as a car owner I think that's a crappy thing to do and can put yourself and others in danger.

I know it's Friday, but I just wanted to say, I hope your kid never has multiple blow outs, or you forget to pack an extra outfit that one time. You might find yourself with a kid in only a diaper in public, gasp!!!! I know people were judging me for having a baby in only a diaper in the airport and on the plane, but what the frick was I supposed to do after she pooped her last clean outfit? Maybe you meant people who chose to dress their babies in only diapers in public, but in any case, I hate when people judge other's parenting choices. The mommy wars are fucked up.

Let me clarify... Then area I live in is full of the type of people/parents you see on tv and say "man, poor kids". Seriously, "Lock Up New Mexico" has like 4 episodes in this area. There's a difference between people who's babies had an accident or decided to dump their lunch on their outfit and the half naked babies who's parents are shopping shoeless in walmart & wearing pajamas. The child abuse/neglect rate is through the roof and the state as a whole is dealing with multiple child abuse resulting in death cases all at once. There is a lot of poverty in this area yet there are tons of places that offer help to low income women and children. There's no excuse not to have what you need for your baby poor or not. And aside from unforeseen events, there's really no reason to not dress a baby!
I hate chocolate. Unless it is in a not entirely chocolate form. (think Peanut Butter Cups, Snickers, S'mores etc) You give me a solid piece of chocolate, I throw it back at you.
OMG! Me too!! Everyone thinks I'm crazy but plain chocolate is yuck.
