Thank you for your help!
I'm getting ready to start pumping with LO #2. I remembered that some of my frozen stash from LO #1 tasted like soap when it thawed out.
Anyone have experience with "scalding" the milk before freezing? Does it take away that soapy taste completely? Any other ideas?

Re: Lipase?
This video really helped me. It really isn't very hard once you get the hang of it. My milk "turns" after about 13-14 hours. I figured that out by testing a sample. You may need to do the same.
Good luck!
