sleepless nights

So it's been awhile for me. Really busy with work and LO = no free time. But I am in need of some advice bad! I know its probably common, but the last week and a half have been bad nights for sleep. LO will wake up 3 hours before she is suppost to and just cry unless we go in there and hold her. Which is exactly what we dont want to do. Any advice on what to do for her.

Also we put her down at 930pm in hopes she sleeps till at like 830am. Should we be putting her to sleep earlier (most sites say average is 730pm)? the only reason we do later is because i dont get home from work until 730pm. She is formula feed so she doesnt need me, but I like to see her a little bit during the day.

Any advice is great. Here's to hoping for a good nights sleep!

I definitely think she needs to go to bed earlier. I'm sorry this cuts into your time with her though. GL.

So we just went through this, lo was having pj parties for 2-3hrs. We have changed his routine this week and it seems to work. Lo is passed out, in bed by 4hrs after he wakes from last nap. We cut the rocking to sleep out and just put him in crib and pat, shush him and he's out. So for example, today he woke up from afternoon nap at 2:45, he was tucked in and passed out by 6:45. It's early but babies need the sleep. I start the bedtime routine about 45 min before he should be out.
His naps rage from an hr and half to 2hrs. He gets 2 a day. They need about 14hrs a day, but every baby is different. Most days DH doesn't see LO, it sucks but he makes up for it on the weekend.
This is just my views and opinions. GL.
