Crying Jags

Perhaps this is akin to asking if I'm pregnant, but I thought I'd throw it out there. For the past three days, I've been getting weepy at sentimental things. For example, I start to cry when I look through family albums of my grandparents or when I tell LO that I love him. Although I am a sensitive person, I can tell that these feelings and crying jags are over-the-top for me.

Tell me, when your body was ramping up for your PPP, did your hormones do some crazy things? I usually get irrationally angry when I have PMS, but I just have a feeling that my body is doing weird things right now. I don't believe it's depression.

Re: Crying Jags

  • Haha - Were you on the TTC boards?  I used to cringe when people asked questions like "am I pregnant" in anticipation of all the snarky "ute glasses" replies they would get!

But really, you know your body and your normal range of emotions best.  Sounds like something hormonal is going on?

Haha. Yes. I used to participate in TTGP and hated to see that question.

Can you use your ute goggles and tell me what's going on? ;-)

BTW, your girl has such pretty eyes.

I've heard that can be really common as you're starting to wean.  I  know I got overly emotional when I cut back on nursing DD to consistently only 2x a day
Thank you. That would be it!
