Intro sippy cup

When do you intro a sippy cup of BM? You don't start offering water until you start solids right? Sorry, FTM here!

I didn't introduce the sippy cup until we started solids - it's a slow process .. I offer water with each " meal" but he doesn't get a ton out of it bc it's so new. I never put bm in a sippy with my first, I put milk In it after he was one but for practice I just used water- good luck
