My update is that I am in the 2WW at 2dpiui. DHs count was low, again, so my RE and I are not optimistic, and DH doesn't seem concerned. In his mind, it onlny takes one!!

QOTW: My favorite cartoon growing up was Jem (when I was really little) and Sailor Moon (in later middle school.

IUI#3 was today. Everything went well and I am very hopeful that this our cycle. My RE even gave me a cupcake for my Birthday since it is in a few days (3/22), which was really nice. This time around just seems more positive than the past few cycles. <:-P

QOTW: I loved all of the Nick cartoons from the 90's. A few that stand out in my mind are Aah! Real Monsters, the Rugrats and Catdog.

I am on cd 5, and today is my 3rd day of Letrozole of 5. I go back on Tuesday for my next scan and hopefully will trigger soon after. This will be IUI #4!

Oh I forgot the QOTW: I liked Rugrats but that was when I was older. Maybe Tiny Toons.

I went back for a check-up with my RE on Friday and the cysts were gone, so I am off BCP and on to another cycle!

RE wants to try the Dexamethasone + Clomid combo one more time before moving on to injects.  I started Dex on Saturday and Clomid (100mg) on Monday.  Will go back next Friday to see how things are brewing!

QOTW:  I use to force my family to watch Carebears on REPEAT....we knew the care-a-lot song by heart!  I feel like I remember My Little Pony being big too!

I am on CD 4, started letrozole yesterday. Next US is 3/26, possible trigger 3/26 and IUI #2 3/28 or 3/29. Good luck to everyone!

I'm 13dpiui #1 beta is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I didn't take a test this morning because I couldn't stand seeing another BFN. I'll test tomorrow before beta just so I'm prepared for the answer. QOTW: Yes, I don't know if anyone else remembers it or not, but on abc I believe it was called "One Saturday Morning" Doug and Recess were my favorite!

I loved Doug and Recess! There is one episode of Recess where everyone goes to see the new It movie but one of them doesn't get to so he doesn't understand the lines they quote from the movie, specifically one will say "would the mayor like a piece of fruit?" and the other one says "ME DON'T KNOW!"  My DH and I thought that was so funny for some reason and will joke about it sometimes, LOL. It's so silly.

Hi! I will be triggering Friday am unless I get a positive opk tomorrow, then trigger is also tomorrow. My u/s showed a 19mm follies and a 14mm so they hope the 14 grows a bit I guess. Question: it seems everyone triggers at home 2 nights before IUI but I am to take the trigger to my RE for injection about 26 hrs before IUI. Has anyone done this?

I'm in the tww- 6 dpiui #2 following ferama and hcg, a little doubtful this time as my one and only follie was 27mm and DH numbers remain low.

IUI #1 was a bust. Found out Monday and it was a bad day, but I'm gearing up for IUI #2 and trying to stay positive. Still waiting for AF and doing a 3 day juice cleanse in the meantime. QOTW: I honestly can't think of my favorite cartoon as a kid. As an adult, I like the Oblongs. I probably watch more cartoons as an adult than as a kid, thanks to DH. Not related to a question, but just because I actually found this funny. We have slowly been coming out to our family about IF and I was talking to my MIL yesterday and explaining PCOS to her. After we hung up, she called back about 15 minutes later to tell me that she looked up PCOS online and she felt like I could have a perfectly healthy and normal life despite it. I just thought 'thanks glad to hear that I'll still be normal'. DH and I had a good laugh about it.

I just got home from my first IUI today! 

We did 100 mg Clomid CD 3-7, got a positive OPK yesterday CD13, and did IUI this am CD14. H numbers were great-226 million! I go back on 3/26 to do bloodwork for progesterone levels. Test at home on April 2nd.

Rugrats and Doug were top favorites.

@adadeart‌ ovulation happens anywhere from 24-36 hours after the trigger so I think anything in that time frame works.

@LRsnowflake‌ aw that's funny! And sweet. My mom is always looking up stuff online and telling me things I already know lol.

I went in today for an ultrasound/ follicle check and it's wasn't great. He said I only had one follicle, small at 11 and low fluid (whatever that means?). He said either I already populated, or I'm just not growing much this time. They did progesterone blood work today, I get results tomorrow. I have another ultrasound set up for Saturday to check the follicle again, I hope we can continue with this final IUI. My RE discussed the next steps for me, and it looks like IVF and injectable are what we are leaning towards if this cycle doesn't work. I'm wore out. I loved pound puppies, care bears, rainbow bright, Jem, The Flintstones, The Jetsons. I loved cartoons lol!

CDay13.  I had my CDay12 ultrasound yesterday, and there were two follies barely over 10mm.  My previous cycles have had only one follie, but they seemed to be a bit larger at that point.  Not sure if that means anything.  Next u/s is scheduled for Saturday.  FX that both of those follies grow well!!

As things seem to be progressing at a different rate than last time, not sure when beta day will be.

I liked Doug, Rugrats, Care Bears, Danger Mouse.

My IUI#3 is tomorrow! I cant believe this is already 3rd one, and this is the first cycle I got multiple follicles, but they are triggering early so I am not getting my hopes high. 

QOTW: Did you watch Cartoons growing up? What was your favorite?

Cat Felix and Pink Panther. I think I liked the music and of course the feline heroes

We are still on a break that was self induced! No news on that front, just praying that some mix of these suppliments that my husband is taking will help his numbers.

I really don't remember what cartoons I watched growing up, sad I know. I think even back then I was more of sitcom gal like Full House, Eight is Enough, Facts of Life, etc!

I'm on CD 4 of my first Clomid/IUI cycle. I got the news yesterday that my prolactin is finally low enough to move forward!! (I was pretty worried about it.) I start Clomid tomorrow (Friday).

2. Which IUI are you on? #1

3. Test/Beta day? I honestly haven't thought this far ahead. I guess it'd be mid-April.

QOTW: I remember liking all of the Nickelodeon (Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Double Dare, etc.) and TGIF (Full House, Step by Step) shows more than I remember liking cartoons. (Though I'm sure I liked cartoons too.)

I seriously wish they would bring back old episodes of Recess, I could watch them all day! 

I also loved TGIF with Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Boy Meets World, Full House etc. Friday nights and Saturday mornings were the best!

******* BFP Warning********









I didn't want to start a separate post since I've only been here a short time. I got a BFP when I was on the road (3/4), went in for a beta, where it took them a week to get back to me because I had my blood work done off site (cue crazy & emotional). Then it was a cluster for getting me in for a second beta & u/s since a week went by before they decided to give me my results. When they did get me in, we saw two sacs. Doc said I was high risk. . .so I'll be lurking over here & rooting for all of you! I wanted to say THANK YOU for all of your support!! This is  an amazing group of women!

I normally don't post but I just had my follicle check yesterday and we are doing the IUI on Monday morning.  Doctor said everything looked perfect so we will just have to wait and see.  We had to do IVF for DS but with trying within in the first year after him we are hoping we can just do it with IUI instead.  DS is a GREAT baby otherwise we probably would have waited a bit longer.  Good luck to everyone.

IUI # 1 was a bust. I'm on on CD 5, and my 3rd day of letrozole. 

The plus side of the letrozole and prometrium from last cycle: had the shortest AF ever. It was 3 and a half days! Too bad DH has the flu so the extra days of not having AF around aren't being put to good use :-P lol

Going in for a follie check on Wednesday... fx I'll have at least a couple!
