How do you know when V-day is?....does your doctor tell you or do you just calculate it yourself?

Me = 28 diagnosed w/ PCOS on Aug 6 2013 / O neg. bloodtype / Rh-
DH = 28 low morph/ low volume / A pos. bloodtype
m/c at 4w2d on 12/1/12 mtx 12/13/12 (ectopic/Rh- supposed factors)
m/c at 8w1d on 6/5/13 mtx 6/5/13 (ectopic/ no visable sac at 7 weeks)
saline sono – 8/9/13 uterus all clear
1 IVF cycle start date/started stims 10/2/13
                            ER 10/15 24R 19M 18F - we have 10 frosties ;) ET scheduled for 10/21                                       

10/29 beta #1 -147   10/31 beta#2 - 388  1st U/S 11/7 - TWINS!!! beta #3 - 6672

    My high risk doctor is insistent viability is now 23 not 24...and I'll take it. I think it might also depend on the neonatal services your hospital can provide.
    Started ttc may 2012 Me:32. Dh:31 SA- 4% morphology Fsh:9.1 possibly not always ovulating Hysteroscopy/lLap 7/13 resulted in polyp removal, uterine septum, and mild endo stage 1 removed 10/13 IVF #1 successful

    It also depends on what you consider viable. It is true some babies are surviving as early as 23 weeks these days but most of them still have troubles as they grow if born earlier than 27 weeks :(

    I am currently holding my breath until I hit 28w. Just 7 weeks to go :)

    I'm looking forward to hitting 23 weeks (tomorrow!) but like Ylvelill am holding my breath until 28 weeks.  At that point you get a 90% survival rate and not as many long-term problems.
