Fluid and cramping.

I had an ultrasound Monday and there is free fluid behind my uterus. My RE didn't seem too concerned about that but I have unexplained cramps as well. Also, sharp pain that comes and goes on the side I ovulated from. Saw a pregnancy in the uterus but that's all the info I have. Trying to calm myself with her lack of concern but it's not working! Anybody ever heard of this? I am 4w6d today.

    I did cramp for awhile in the beginning especially at night if I didn't drink a lot. I actually had two nights before finding out I was pregnant with bad cramps that I thought it was over or I was bleeding...nope! I had more pain on my right side and through u/s they found my right ovary was more enlarged from the stimming drugs. GL!
    Started ttc may 2012 Me:32. Dh:31 SA- 4% morphology Fsh:9.1 possibly not always ovulating Hysteroscopy/lLap 7/13 resulted in polyp removal, uterine septum, and mild endo stage 1 removed 10/13 IVF #1 successful
