I am trying really hard to eat everything that will help my supply. I am wondering of there is a better oatmeal over others. Instant, old fashioned, steel cut, thick cut...
What is the one you have found to increase supply? How much spices do you add to flavor it up? TIA!

You could add flaxseed and brewers yeast to help with milk production.
I really like the Dr mommas lactation cookie recipe as well. I've only made them once but I think next time I will make them with out chocolate chips so that they feel more like a snack bar and not a dessert.
