So, I at first was worried about no symptoms - I now have morning sickness... about 18hrs/day. Aversion to almost everything other than crackers, peppermints and lemon water.
Thing is, I have been having what feels like anxiety when I am going to sleep or waking up which doesn't stem from thoughts....
I don't seem to be worrying about the pregnancy, or work, family etc etc. It just sort of happens. Throughout the day as well here and there.
When it happens I feel as though I'm unable to get enough air, Heart sped up.
Does anyone know what this might be? Is it my body adjusting to hormones?
