can bd remove himself from birth cert?

Got letter from records people that change was made to birth cert after I sent. Now have to pay more money to get copy bc of change. Could he have removed himself even after sending a notarized document?

Frickin so pissed off. Today has been the absolute fucking day from hell and then this. I have NO CLUE what the hell this is about...already gave them $24 and have nothing to show for it and now they want more bc of this change. WHAT THE FUCK CHANGED? I'm sick of everything coming down to money when I have none. DAMN IT.

I really don't have time. I called vital records and left the girl a msg who signed the letter. I have doctors appointments and appointment for wic this week and I leave Saturday for FL. I have to pack us, have two exams to take and study for with no real working computer to take them..my stress list is a mile long. My mom said hopefully he didn't change her name. he can't do this can he? I mean...his mom forged shit when we were married even with a fake POA and a friend who notorized Wouldn't put it past him to forge something and change her name...yet document rcvd from his atty said my last name as hers. IDFK. I'm livid pissed. Stressed bc I'm going on about 2 hours of sleep. LO is crying non stop. Clawing the shit out of my chest even tho I cut her nails. IDK. Today is just not the day to handle ANYTHING. I've got ZERO patience left in me and the days not over.

PLUS if it was some error on their part, I'll be even more pissed off. I don't see what the fuck could have changed unless he did something. Everything was filled out and submitted correctly.

So my normal anxiety really kicked in here. I called the Records Dept again and the bitch lady who answered the phone said adding ManChild to the BC is considered a change, despite all the PPW being sent in the same envelope at the same time. Any way to make a dollar.

So...no funny business going on and I don't think it's possible for BD to remove themselves from BC's. Maybe in court or something. IDK.

HAHA. I would but IDK her name. Last time a man answered so it's not the same person every time and it wasn't the gal who sent the letter I'd prob hate life too if I were working for the govt. Most people do.

It doesn't matter who answers the phone or what their name is.  You simply say, "May I speak to your supervisor, please?"
