PSA: 2/4/6 month appointments

We just got home from our 4-month checkup. Today is March 17 and LO's 4-month birthday is March 22. We were not able to get his immunizations taken care of at the appointment because the CDC apparently doesn't recognize them as valid unless they are administered within 4 days of his actual 4-month birthday.
...today is 5 days before. Now I have to take him in again next week to get the shots done.
Just thought I'd throw this info out there for those of you making your 2/4/6 month well-baby checkups. The appointment desk may not be aware of this requirement so make sure you are!
