Vitamin question and squishy baby question

I have two questions but thought I would just post them together. First, how do you get you LO to take a vitamin. We have gummies and I have trying to get DS to take them for almost a week and he won't. I have tried cutting them, hiding them, just giving it to him etc. he will put it in his mouth for a few second a and then spit it out. Should we try chewables? Second, this is a infant question but thought I would ask you ladies since I am not really a part of my bmb. DD is 3.5 months and we have already started her on fast flow nipples this past weekend and she is already collapsing them. There is nothing faster I can get her. Anyone else have this problem? Is there anything else I can do. She doesn't seem to get real upset about it. I never had a problem with DS since he never even made it to using fast flow. He used medium flow until he weaned off. Thanks!

This. We give her half of one and have no issues.

Our pedi suggested them bc DS is such a picky eater.

We use the gummy ones here because she freaking loves fruit snacks so she likes the gummy's. But I would give the chewable ones a try if he won't take the gummy ones. No advice on the bottle here

Not sure about the vitamins, as for the bottle, here's a chart that could help with finding a faster nipple flow. This one looks at the slow flows but you'll be able to see the comparison between brands. I was surprised to see how much it varies.
