Allergins in skin care

LO has had bloody mucusy stools since she was about 2 months old. I am EBF and have been on an elimination diet for the past 4 months while working with LC, GI docs, nutritionists etc. she is no longer fussy at all but her stools have yet to normalize and she is still FTT. Tonight while I was getting ready for bed I glanced at my skin care products and realized my lotion contains both soy and whey. Does anybody have any idea if a topical skin care product can get into breastmilk to cause an allergy?
