Ok, I have been drinking Ginger Tea for quite some time now.. It work miracles, and is great for many different conditions including nausea. It is all natural and once you try it, you will be hooked..Great for energy and circulation.
Preparation:
1. Pick up a bag of Organic Ginger Root at your local supermarket.
2. On a cutting board, cut of a few slices (4-5 roughly) about the thickness of a quarter (US .25 cent piece) then finely chop.
3. Boil the Ginger in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes. It will be nice and strong after the 10 minute boil.
4. Enjoy the two cups yourself, or share one with a friend.
Let me know if you like it.. Cheers, B.B.

Re: Organic Ginger Tea…Real good stuff!
I also made some ginger syrup to add to unsweetened almond milk for a ginger latte. To make the ginger syrup, you take 1 C cane sugar, 1 1/2 C water and about 1 C rough chopped ginger -- bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer for 45 min.
Put a couple tablespoons of that syrup in your warmed almond milk and you have a delicious ginger latte! Tried it for the first time yesterday and it was delicious!
I got the recipe from this blog:
