I have had a horrible headache every day for the last week. Sunday it was so bad that I couldn't open my eyes or move for 4 hrs. Tylenol barely does anything and I don't want to take anything else because I'm BF.
The last 2 days I have been extremely nauseous and have had the chills and sweats on and off. Those symptoms only occur at night when I have a headache. I'm drinking 80 - 90 oz of water a day. I don't have any red spots on my breast but there is a spot on my left breast that's tender.
Anyone else experiencing this? I'm 4 weeks 4 days postpartum and did have an epidural. Could it be from breastfeeding? TIA
