DD is now 5 months and only waking once at night to nurse - before it could be anywhere from 2-4 times. Now that she's nearly STTN my supply is definitely changing. I used to be able to pump 12+ ounces during my three pumps at work and now i'm barely getting 7. She is still drinking the 12oz per day so i've been pulling from my freezer stash. I've also started rice cereal so I need 1/2 - 1oz each day for that. I am drinking tons of water, eating oatmeal in the AM, doing chest compression and watching videos of her while I pump.
Any other tips to keep up?
Has anyone had success with lactation cookies? I have no time to make them but a local store sells them...
I have 90oz in my freezer but that's only 7 days worth if something drastic were to happen... i'm starting to panic a little.
