Ovulation rage?

Since I've been tracking my cycles this time around, I've noticed that I'm in a truly horrible mood for a day or two after I ovulate: everyone and everything gets on my nerves, and I'm more than a little depressed.  I'm just wondering if anyone else gets this or knows what it might be.  It's entirely possible that I've always had it and didn't notice pre-TTC because I wasn't paying such close attention to my body, but I hope it isn't some awful new hormone imbalance or something...Anyone else have this?

Yep I do! I really don't do the Pms bitchy thing but around O I'm slightly insane. I didn't notice it either until ttc with my ds. Your right it's almost like a rage and I am mad at the world. I have had everything tested so must be normal. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this!:)

Good to know I'm not the only one, too!  I don't really do PMS, either, but I'm more than making up for it with this.  I owe my husband an apology (or two or three) tonight...

Ive stopped temping and all that so Im clueless as to when I am ACTUALLY ovulating. I get moody random times but its not timed with Aunt Flos arrival or stay……so i don't really do the pms thing either. 

I have in the past suffered major depression and usually attribute it to the fact that i can be prone to the blues sometimes. I never thought of this though. Maybe your on to something for sure.

Yes, I think I have strong emotional reactions anytime I have rises or falls in hormones. When they come around ovulation time, and my husband is the unintended target, it can cause problems.

It was a fun watch, so long as you're ok knowing that they all get pg.   But the BFPs and reactions are only the last 3 minutes.

I havent started charting yet, so I can't say for sure, but there is a 1-2 day period where I am just irritable and annoyed. I don't act all crazy, but I just want to be left alone. I'd be curious to find out, once I start charting, what days that falls on.
