Hi Ladies!

I've been mostly lurking for a few weeks now and I must say, you ladies rock. Thanks for sharing your hilarity and wisdom with complete strangers like myself. Now that we are getting to know each other I admit I have been stalking your uterus... so thanks for linking your charts. Super fun stuff.

So a little about me/us: H and I are both 26 and working on finishing up our doctorate degrees. I didn't know if I ever wanted kids, but always assumed I would get baby fever sometime in my 30s. H always wanted to be a dad so he was pretty thrilled (but surprised) when I dropped the news that I felt ready now. We tentatively gave ourselves a year to start working on our pre-baby bucket list with the idea that if he wasn't quite ready we could always delay until it felt right for both of us. Well, last night when we were cooking dinner (have having a fantastic kitchen dance party) he told me that he is getting really excited about TTC and wanted to know if I was amenable to moving up our timeline. We have some milestones that we probably need several months to work on, so it wont be happening now, but we also are in agreement that a year is too far away. I'm pretty excited and would like to become more active in this little community. Will you have me?
