The time change has really messed me up and for the first time in a month, I skipped my workout this morning. I'm not seeing the results I want. I'm frustrated and I'm tired! So my 5 am workout got missed this morning. I need a reality check AND I need to remember all the things I learned about losing weight before I got pregnant with J. One of the biggest ones that I always forget is to look at progress beyond the number beyond the scale. Do I feel better? Am I less moody? Do my clothes feel less tight?
I read a blog once about a woman who weighed the same as she did 30 days prior to starting her workouts but took pictures of herself along the way. The transformation is astonishing and the scale's numbers are not. I wish I could find it again but I can't (and I have Colony Project Papers to grade, so I need to get on with it).

I use MFP and I also measure and I've lost inches as well which has been good. Also pictures.

No, it was a pretty good week.
Points plus diary is an app on my phone. When I lose weight, I have fewer points and have to rebudget my food. Also clothing size.
