I have two today:

1. Our HOA gardeners broke a potted cactus in our patio, and instead of replacing the pot, they planted it...right in the middle of our lawn. Not even in a garden area or anything, just BAM! Cactus in the middle of the lawn. They're not back until next week so I have to look at it all weird out there until then, because I'm too pregnant to bend down and dig it up myself.

2. My blueberry oat bagel from the coffee shop was leaning up against an onion bagel, so I got one surprise bite of oniony blueberry. It almost put me off the rest of my bagel....almost.

@apollonia10‌ I'm so sorry but the cactus randomly in the middle of your yard is making me laugh so hard! Put bunny ears and Easter eggs on it... Bet they'd come fix it faster.

I haven't packed for our trip to FL this weekend yet. We leave at 9am and I have to pack all K's stuff between the time I get home from work and the time he goes to bed tonight. That leaves less than 3 hours to do dinner, bath, pack, and bedtime all by myself since MH is working late. I haven't even made a list of what to pack yet (gasp!!).

My FWP...i wanted to make those lentil cookies so bad, and with the exception of having to sub out the flour, followed the recipe exactly, including simmering the lentils for 30 minutes.

Burned the crap out of them. Pretty sure I ruined my pan and my kitchen smells like burned lentils. And not enough nap time left for a new batch. NOT good eats, Alton.

There's a secret combination of buttons on my car key fob that opens ALL the windows that can only be done from inside my husband's pocket while we are snuggling on the couch. Well, you never know when you've done it till the next day when you get in, and last night we got snow. So now there's snow and ice in my car.
