Help me guess how many weeks?

Forgive me for not using acronyms, I'm new and don't really know them!

I am trying to guess how many weeks I might be, mostly just for fun... I have a doctors appointment next week.

Last 'real' cycle - Jan 25

Spotting - March 1 (super tiny amount) - took a preg test that day and it was negative

March 10 - no symptoms but was concerned about that short cycle so took another test on march 10 and it was positive.  

Yesterday (march 12) I was feeling weird but not sick so i took another test, also positive

This morning (march 13) I feel lightly queasy but not terrible and haven't needed to vomit (yet!)

I would think that I could be 6 weeks because of my last real period being Jan 25, but feel like I should be feeling more sick in my 6th/7th week?  Also the test should have read positive on March 1 if I was already at 4 weeks.

Based on your LMP, you're 7 weeks on Saturday, but it sounds like you ovulated late if you got a BFN on March 1st.

I agree with pp, you likely ovulated late if you didn't get a positive test on the 1st. You may have had implantation bleeding on the 1st, in which case you would be about four weeks pregnant now.

See if your doctor can do a dating ultrasound in a few weeks.  I'm going to ask for one because my LMP was January 12, and but my first BFP wasn't until the 25th (and I was taking tests every day).  I think I ovulated around the 16th.

So you Ovulated on CD4 or the 16th of Feb?

So you Ovulated on CD4 or the 16th of Feb?

I think I ovulated around February 16th (so like on CD 34).  This is based on Cervical mucous, and my lame attempt at temping (my chart was a mess).  I am still breastfeeding, and I was only on my second pp cycle, so I wasn't surprised that the cycle was particularly long.
