Enfamil AR

Hi ladies, I started feeding my LO enfamil AR but he started crying out of nowhere when he was done drinking it. I was using similar for spit up and he likes it. Any suggestions on why he may be crying on the enfamil? I am not sure if he is allergic to it but there were no signs of allergic reaction just that he couldn't burp. So I started feeding him similar again.

I think it just depends on the baby, some formula give them more gas than others or they may not prefer the taste, etc. My little girl was doing great on enfamil, then suddenly refused to drink it. I gave her Similac and she's had no problems with it so far.

My son is on the same formula. What we do is burp him ever 1.5-2oz. We also feed him sitting up as straight as possible and give him a bottle that's curved. After he's done eating we keep him upright for at least 15 mins to make sure everything is settled. These recommendations were giving to us by his dr because his stomach valves at the top and bottom don't close so he has really bad reflux. All of which work great!!! I would try some it might help
