Way Behind on Anniversary Gift....

So, Friday is my 11th Anniversary.  I haven't gotten him a thing and have ZERO ideas!

I am also behind on his bday present (which was 2/25) because he was studying for a Civil Service Test and it was the day after his bday.

So this is like a combo of his bday and our anniversary....and the fact that we didn't really celebrate our 10th anniversary because we were in the middle of repairing our house from Sandy damage....so I obviously feel like a total douche.

Any ideas?

I am usually really good at this stuff, but have no energy or brainpower to put behind this.

He is a sports guy, a manscaper, a carpenter (so tools is a go to usually, but I don't think he needs anything)....

Help!

Ugh I'm in the same boat!!! Our anniversary is on the 25th and his bday is on the 22nd. I have no clue what to get.

Maybe tickets to a sporting event that he would enjoy? And a nice dinner out.

I second the dinner out (it's a win/win for both of you!). Or a day of your husband's favorites- sports/movies/shopping, whatever he likes to do.

Maybe I can do a 10 pack of games....he ain't getting a season ticket to anything at this point, lol.  And a get drunk that night and sleep in the next morning pass for those games.

My husband started to follow the "gifts by year" rule. 1st year anniversary is supposed to be a "paper" gift. So he got us tickets to Daniel Tosh (amazing btw) last year for our wedding anniversary.

11 years is "steel". There are tons of ideas online for steel gifts. Hope this helps!

Opening day tickets to his baseball team? Not sure if you live in a big city or near one but sometimes groupon or living social has some cool activities to do. I like giving gifts that we can do together.
