Usually - yoga pants, alcohol and a book.

Or shopping.

If I want to eat my way through stress then I cook something with lots of carbs and cheese

7dpiui of the most frustrating cycle of all my, what? 30ish? cycles. Either way it will be our last ttc indefinitely. Hoping it ends with a bfp  [-O< :-SS

If it's warm out, going for a run. If it's cold, foooood.

After a stressful day I just can't wait to snuggle in bed with DD and watch TV. If DD is already asleep DH will do

Well I am NOT a stress eater. I am the opposite I end up not eating.  Back in the day after a rough day it would include vanilla vodka and cokes, but these days it is either crawling into bed to watch tv, or retail therapy.

I think CD 13 of a WGAF cycle.

After a long day I wind down with my shows or take a bath. Sometimes a good beer or glass of wine, but that depends on the day!

CD 27/ 7 dpo. 2x daily heparin injections and progesterone, along with Metformin.

After a stressful day I want to either eat, sleep, or both. Or curl up and watch Friends.

@KC1212 and @Jen071407‌ and @Clagore I just wanted to say my favorite episode is when everyone finds out about Chandler and Monica. (Then all the episodes after that) I have to whole series on DVD along with Will & Grace, and can't seem to part with them even tho I don't watch the DVDs anymore.

We own all friends too. But I still watch it when I catch em on tv :P

I would too before we gave up sattelite. Now with our antenna we get Different Strokes, Gilligan's Island, and sometimes The Love Boat. I think some other old ones too. Lol.

I love that one! "My eyes! MY EYES!!" My favorite is Phoebe. The more I watch the more I realize what great lines she had during the whole series.

Oh right my cycle, CD 19 O'd today and was supposed to start progesterone on Friday until the nurse called and said they thought I should wait for LP blood work on Monday, but I'm kinda debating doing it anyway, but then my blood work won't be accurate so I guess I will tell my rebellious side to settle down. But then again I worry that if I'm headed for yet another short luteal phase Monday might be too late. All thoughts are welcome.

Have you had a 7dpo progesterone check before? If not I'd def wait just so you can see what you're working with. Where are you at as far as medications? Sorry, I can't remember! Also, is your short LP full-blown af starting before 10dpo, or just spotting leading up to af? I ask bc I'm the latter- I'll start spotting as early as 3dpo until 13dpo when af shows. In my case progesterone never helped bc the real issue was weak ovulation. So suppositories just masked the problem. Sorry, rambled a bit there!

CD 12.  

Start acupuncture tomorrow (first time - not sure what to expect at all).  Ultrasound on Friday, and then transfer of Frozen Embryo next week.  

QOTW:

Total stress eater.  

When I'm thinking better - I get more stress relief from cleaning, drawing or coloring, or working out.  But I usually find food first.

Thanks for replying, yes I had LP bloodwork last cycle and the progesterone number was described as borderline and luteal phase was 10 days last cycle, with spotting starting at 8Dpo. So Re feels that the original diagnosis of LP defect may have been premature. Have only been monitoring this since our loss in December where my progesterone was like a 3 at 5 1/2 weeks, started progesterone immediately but miscarried at 6 weeks. As far as mess go we are natural this cycle because of insurance. Thanks again for taking the time to reply to my mess of a cycle.

So, I am cd3 of another cycle off. However, only 2 more weeks til DH finally goes back to see the urologist.

QOTW: I either snuggle in and watch something good, or take a long hot bath while reading some sort of romance novel.

@lucky7wife‌ enjoy acupuncture! I find it very relaxing. They'll ask a bunch of odd questions and check your pulse and tongue.

The needles are very thin and I usually fall asleep on the table

CD9 - Been injecting Gonal since CD3.  Had an u/s yesterday and I have 3 measurable follies with one at 15mm.  Going back for another u/s and more b/w tomorrow and hoping for an IUI Sat or early next week.

I stress eat too.  Sometimes, I sit on the couch and put in a movie and just snuggle with my boys.

Gotcha! You definitely sound more like progesterone alone could fix the problem, so fx it does the trick!

Update: I am going to talk to DH about IVF #4 this summer at my birthday dinner this weekend.  I have a plan after talking to my RE's nurse, wish me luck

QOTW:  I find Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and a Pringles flavor of the week help a lot.  Then I do yoga.  Then I feel guilty and work out, lol.

3 days past Freakyfast (gawd I'm such a copycat) Lupron on Saturday!
Yoga pants, a drink, a show (used to be a book- but dd makes more trouble an demands more attention when I try and read than when I watch a show).
