Assessing the quality of a clinic's lab

OH and I have been talking about next steps, and we're thinking it may come down to finding a clinic that would be most likely to get any extra fertilized eggs to the freezable stage. So when I call other clinics about doing IVF 2.1 with them, I want to have some data to compare the clinics.Has anyone does this? What did you ask? Here are the questions I've come up with, although I have no idea if clinics will even give this data out:

1. What % of women with a successful retrieval end up with embryos to freeze?
2. At what point does your lab freeze embryos?
3. What % of mature eggs make it to a freezable point?

Anything else? If anyone has asked these or similar questions about a lab, I'd love to hear how that went.

    I'm guessing there are some type of audits and accreditations that the labs go through. There has to be government agency over site. Which agency and how to access audit results I have no idea. Hoping someone can shed some light...

    Thanks! I'm going to try and stick with the clinics that are in my network for now, especially because my insurance would cover RMA NY and Weill. At this point I'm also most interested in the things that happen behind this lab doors. I am HOPING that the next cycle, wherever it is, will actually result in an appropriate number of eggs being retrieved for my high amh/afc. So then I want the next steps to be as good as possible so that I have frozen embies for extra FETs or extra children!

    Good luck- seems like you have some great questions. 
    You may want to check R.M.A of NJ. Their numbers aren't as good as CC.RM but it seems like it might be more local for you. I know a lot of people said that the clinic closest to NY was always so busy with people coming in from NY. I know the lab is supposed to be one of the best in the area.

    Weirdly, RMA of NJ isn't covered, but RMA of CT is. :-/ I'm actually in NYS, but not NYC.
