Last weekend we were thrilled that our twin girls (then 35+1 corrected) could room in with us, and we were looking at a possible Monday discharge for Peyton, and expecting that Morgan would need a few more days.
Well, both our daughters exceeded our expectations and we're discharged from NICU on Sunday at 17 days old (35+3 corrected). Morgan was just 4 pounds, while big sister Peyton was 4 pounds 10oz at discharge.
The girls are doing great at home so far! I'm anxious to see how much weight they've gained since discharge when we see our family doctor this week.
