I HATED her during the season.
But when I saw her on the 'women tell all' special last week, I REALLY loved her. She's very very classy and elegant.
But she was crazy, insecure and a total basket case.. So it's probably best for the both of them that she left.

I think it's going to be a train wreck, I am really disappointed with how this season turned out. Both girls are terrible choices. I loved Renee!

I haven't watched since Aaron was The Bachelor. And I was so pissed he didn't pick either girl that I went on strike and haven't watched a season in 6 years.
Now- JP is the Bachelor and I feel like an even BIGGER dummy. He is the prime definition of 'douche bag'.

I've only watched a few episodes, but somehow got sucked into the finale. He seems like suck a complete prick! I would've slapped him if I were this first girl, especially when he kept chirping "mmmm hmmm, ok ok ok, mmm hmmmm, ok" and then saying "Glad I didn't pick her!" He seems like a slimy snake and both of these girls should've dumped him before the finale.

I think I felt the same way for a while. I just thought she was so beautiful. Definitely a basket case. And during the women tell all I really began to like her even more.

I just wasted the last 2 months of my life watching this selfless asshole.
It's ok to not be 'in love' but this show is to find a wife, not find someone to 'date'.
And Nikki sits there like a damn puppet. The poor girl is SO brainwashed.

Wow that was weird. Nikki needs to run. He thinks he is god. No one can even speak until he has finished for at least a few seconds. I was mad when they picked him to be the bachelor and my gut was right!

This season was horrible! Juan Pablo seems like a controlling guy. Nikki hardly even talked. The whole thing was just AWKWARD.

I was so not thrilled about this season and it turned out just as lame as I expected. Maybe more...if that's possible. What a loser!!

And now Andi for bachelorette? Eh, it'll be different next season but I'm not sure it'll be much more amazing.

Oh great- Andi as the Bachelorette- I didn't like her on the Bachelor. Guess I won't be DVRing that!

I really hope this is the last we've seen or heard about Juan Pablo. He's a douche that needs to be forgotten.

Since he wants to keep his life so private, I'm hoping that means we don't have to see or hear about him EVER again.. Until he kicks Nikki to the curb and it'll be plastered all over the tabloids.
I just didn't see a 'happy' relationship. What I saw was a grown man telling her to 'give me a kiss', and had her sit there the entire time and not say a WORD. Every few minutes she's look up in awe and just smile. She is so entirely clueless but part of that comes from being so young and immature. She's absolutely mesmerized by his looks that she can't see the real damage he'll eventually do.

Totally agree with you here.  I felt so sad for her after the show...Juan Pablo is a douche.

I had never seen a single episode of The Bachelor until this season and I somehow got sucked in about halfway through.  It was like watching a terrible, awkward train wreck.  I think I kept watching because I was trying to figure JP out.  At first I thought there might be a language/cultural barrier at play but the more I watched it seemed like he was just an incredibly self-absorbed and at times downright misogynistic person.  The thing that's most baffling is his inability to pick up on social cues or empathize at all.  I feel like the only reason he's gotten by in life so far is due to his looks, his accent and his athletic prowess.  Because let's be honest, he's completely lacking when it comes to personality or brain power.

wow. he was just awful. that after the final rose was the most awkward thing i've ever seen. Nikki would have accepted an engagement ring from him FOUR months ago, but last night was perfectly ok with the fact that he can't even come close to saying he loves her?!

it amazes me that a girl that beautiful would settle for someone who treats her like absolute crap. she totally played right into the "girls like a-holes" stereotype, that's for sure.

the best part of the entire show was them cutting to Catherine and Sean. they both looked like they wanted to punch Juan Pablo in the face.

I didn't watch this season because I want so thrilled about JP being the bachelor. (Had it been Zac I'd be singing a different tune.) He's such a prick, though. I've heard everything through my mil and on the radio, and my gut was pretty spot on for this one. Blech.

I doubt it lasts long. From what I've heard, JP jumps ship the second things don't go his way.

I think JP is a douchebag, but I must say, it was refreshing to see some honesty on the show for once! I think it's ridiculous for anyone to say they're ready to get married by the end of it, and I'm surprised it's taken this long for a season to end with someone saying "I want to continue a relationship with you, but I'm not ready to propose." I appreciate the way it ended, because we all know if it had ended in a proposal it would have been fake as shit. 

But I still think he's a douchebag in general.

And as much as I say I'll never watch the show again- mentally, I'm counting down the days until next season, ha!
