pillows in the crib?

DD is going to be 1 this week and she loves having a pillow when she snuggles with us in our bed. 

What is the average age when they can have a pillow in the crib?

I don't do pillows until at least 2 years.

I've read not until 2-3

If LO wants to snuggle with something try a lovey, stuffed animal or two.

My DS is 8 1/2 months and he has slept with a pillow (pillow pet) in his bed since he has been about 2 months, his doctor said just watch him at night but if it helps with his reflux then it's okay. He's never had a problem, just cause you read something, that's just what other people think, do what you think is best for YOUR child! have a good day

Um no. A pillow for a baby?! Not ok, even if a dr said so.

Exactly. Babies don't need it, not only a SIDS risk, but also not good for spine development

DD got a pillow around 10mths. She sleeps sooooo much better with it.
