Asking for help for a fellow September '11 mom

Hi ladies,

I'm not sure how active this page is anymore, but I figured it can't hurt to post anyways. Some of you may remember Amye, whose son Zachary passed away back in 2012. Amye now has 1 year old twins and her little girl Riley was recently diagnosed with Leigh Syndrome, a rare and terminal Mitochondrial Disease.
