I will start with saying I'm sorry for skipping last week.
But here we are again checking to see how all our wonderful woman are doing. Let us know the progress you have made. Maybe you lost weight or started exercising, or have made some healthier choices in your diet. What ever you have done it is all great.
I keep telling myself baby steps, baby steps and eventually I will get there. I want everyone on this board who wants to get healthier to not give up. Remember it's going to help us live longer and hopefully make our ttc journey a little easier.
Well I will start by saying I have lost a total of 7-8 lbs. not sure which because the scale has gone up and down yesterday and today. But I has a piece of frozen pizza that hAd a ton of sodium so I'm hoping it's just from that. I will drink a tom of water today to see if that helps.
I havnt exercised in 2 weeks but I still lost about a pound a week so I'm ok with that. If our temps ever climb over 30 I will start walking again and maybe that will turn into jogging. But we will see.
I am happy with my progress so far. I havnt gone down a pants size or anything but my clothes feel loose and that's great. My stomach is getting smaller which is what made me want to loose weight. It looked like I was 5 months pregnant and I hated when people who know we are ttc would look at it like they were waiting for me to tell them I was pregnant. Thank god no one ever said it but I had to fix the problem before that happened. Since my MC last year I put on 10lbs and it was all in my stomach. Well that 10 is almost gone and I'm happy.
It seams like there has been mention of getting healthier in a lot of posts. So if you want to get healthier please join our group. You don't have to give details if you aren't comfortable but join us so we know you are trying and can help support you.
Oh and I wanted to let anyone on MyFitnessPal know that my screen name is vegigood if you want to friend me. I am a vegetarian so my diet is a lot different than you carnivors but I'm there if you need a friend.

@soontobeshrader it's good that you have set a goal to loose 25 lbs. I need to loose 35 but I'm giving myself a year to do it. It's great that you are only going to drink water. You will be surprised how many calories are in drinks. And just start with small changes in you diet. I have been making little chAnges here and there and it gets easier I promise. I'm 7 weeks into it and I'm used to it now.
So good luck and I know you will be able to do it.

I'm more with @soontobeshrader--off that wagon (although it's great that you've set some realistic goals!)
My parents were in town this week, so it was pretty much non-stop eating out. However, it's finally above freezing here, so I'm planning a longish walk after work. Woo!
Keep up the great work, ladies!

@HeathernSteven wow do you have a busy year ahead. I know what you are saying about putting on the weight while ttc. I put 10lbs on this year alone. You could definitely loose 20lbs by December. Just set small goals for yourself. I know you can do it. Giving up sweets for lent will help. Just don't go back to eating them after Easter passes. I know it's easier said than done.
