djhar - that was my husband's initial reaction to it as well. While he likes the sound of it, we have a hard to spell/pronounce last name as well, and that might be too much...
That's the way I saw it spelled the other day. The woman from Lady Antebellum named her daughter this with that spelling. Do you know anyone with this name? Just curious if they have a hard time with pronunciation.
Hmm... it's appealing on some level, but much too out there for my taste. She's forever and ever going to be explaining the spelling and pronunciation to absolutely everyone... I wouldn't want to saddle my child with that.
I'm in the minority, but I actually like it. I wouldn't use it, but I wouldn't think twice if someone else did. Also, my first guess at pronounciation would be the correct one. The spelling makes sense to me.

I think of the super twee band, Eisley. Their music is incredibly obnoxious, IMO. Also, I believe, they are named after Mos Eisley from Star Wars. I'd pass. Some similar names that are more traditional:
Ila/Isla (my daughter's name, so I'm sort of partial)
Aisling/Ashlinn
Paisley
Ainsley
Ailish
The pronunciations can be a bit tricky, but they are slightly more recognizable. Slightly.
I guess I'm in the minority, but apart from Isla, I think all of these names are much weirder/less pretty than Eisley. I don't think it's the best name ever, but it sounds nice, and like a name to me. I don't think it's hard to pronounce either.
Well, I mispronounced it instantly, so I can't recommend it for convenience sake. I do not like it.
I am not a fan of the "zlee" sound (also heard in worse names like McKinsley or Paisley) and the "ei" vowel pair could signify so many sounds in American English that I can only think it would be mispronounced constantly. 3/10, I would judge if I saw it IRL.
